Dr. Heng Kien Seng, FRCS (Edin), M.Med (Surg)
Dr. Heng Kien Seng is a consultant plastic and cosmetic surgeon with over 20 years of clinical experience. He graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, obtained his Master of Medicine in Surgery from the National University of Singapore, and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
He completed formal plastic surgery training at General Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Singapore General Hospital, with further subspecialty training in aesthetic breast surgery, rhinoplasty, and advanced liposuction techniques in Taiwan, Korea, and the United States.
Dr. Heng has a special interest in primary and revisional breast surgery, body contouring with VASER-assisted liposuction, and aesthetic surgery with an emphasis on safety, precision, and natural outcomes.
