Dr Maria Cristina A. Puyat
Dr. Maria Cristina Puyat is a distinguished dermatologist and regenerative medicine expert with over 30 years of clinical and academic excellence. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas with a Doctor of Medicine and a background in Physical Therapy, she completed her dermatology residency at Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center and underwent advanced fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine (USA). She also holds a Master’s in Preventive, Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine from Dresden International University and a Stem Cell Fellowship from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Dr. Puyat is the current President of the International Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ISDS) and has previously served as its Treasurer, Secretary, and Congress President. She also held leadership roles in the Philippine Academy of Dermatologic Surgery Foundation Inc. (PADSFI), including as President and Congress Chair. Internationally recognized, she sits on advisory boards such as Galderma’s APAC TACT and WOSIAM, and is Medical Director of Daewoong Pharma Philippines.
An accomplished author and peer reviewer, Dr. Puyat has contributed to several journals and textbooks, particularly in the fields of aesthetic dermatology, stem cell therapy, and anti-aging. Her global lecture and workshop engagements reflect her dedication to advancing dermatologic science and education.
