Abstract Submission
- Abstract submission: 15.02.2026 - 15.05.2026
General Information
- The Video Producer is expected to register and pay the full registration fee and attend the Conference.
- The Producer must submit an Abstract first followed by the related Video.
- Confirmation email will be sent out once the Abstract has been received.
- The decision of the panel will be final.

Format for Video ABSTRACT Submission
- Video title – limited to 20 words.
- Video ABSTRACT text must be submitted in English, typewritten in font size 12 point Arial – Limited to 300 words.
- Abstract content (excluding title, authors, highest degrees and institutions) should include the following headings: PURPOSE/AIM, METHOD, RESULTS, DISCUSSION, and CONCLUSION.
- Abstracts must be submitted before the stipulated deadline in order to qualify for the video submissions.
- Once the abstract is successfully submitted, please check the confirmation email on the next step required for the video submission.
- All abstract must be submitted by MAY 15, 2026.
Guidelines for VIDEO submission
- Main Producers whose videos have been selected for the video festival should attend the event and be prepared to answer any questions pertaining to the video contents.
- One or more video(s) submission allowed per main producer.
- Videos may cover all aspects of oculoplastic surgery including interesting and challenging cases, practical surgical tips that can be readily adopted by attendees or even teaching aids to mastering certain surgical skills eg ptosis surgery etc.
- All videos must be submitted by JULY 15, 2026.
Technical Guidelines
- Videos will be evaluated based on their scientific merits, educational values, originality, quality, conciseness, audio-visual effects, editing skills, etc.
- Video Specifications:
- Maximum duration: 5 minutes
- Video TITLE is limited to 20 words
- Format: MPEG-4 (MP4)
- Maximum file size: 500 MB
- Aspect ratio: 16:9
- Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (Full HD)
The 3 best videos will be selected for award during the conference
General Information
- All posters accepted by Malaysian Oculoplastic Conference (MOC) 2026 will be accessible via QR code in digital format as E-posters.
- AUTHORS- FIRST (PRESENTING) AUTHOR- The first author will be the presenting author. The first (presenting) author is expected to register and pay full registration fee and attend the Conference.
- CO-AUTHOR(S)- A maximum of FOUR co-authors are allowed for each abstract.
- Type in the names and affiliations as you would like them to appear in publications. Please give the names in full for each co-authors. Initials are only accepted for middles names if any.
- The ABSTRACT TITLE must be concise. Avoid using abbreviations in the title.
- Abstract content (excluding title, authors, highest degrees and institutions) should include the following headings: PURPOSE/AIM, METHOD, RESULTS, DISCUSSION and CONCLUSION.
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
- Do not include graphs, tables, images or references in the abstract.
- Please define each abbreviation the first time it is used in the abstract by placing what it stands for in parentheses.
- It is the author’s responsibility to submit an abstract with correct spelling and grammar. The selection committee, however, reserves the right to edit the abstract if it has significant spelling and grammatical mistakes.
- The decision of the panel will be final.

- E-poster ABSTRACT text must be submitted in English, typewritten in font size 12 point Arial. Limited to 300 words excluding headings.
- Abstracts must be submitted before the stipulated deadline in order to qualify for the E-poster submissions.
- All abstracts must be submitted by MAY 15, 2026.
- Once the abstract is successfully submitted, please check the confirmation email on the next step required.
- All E-posters will be set in landscape (horizontal) style orientation (and all information, i.e. text, data, photos, and figures) must be designed to appear within one window/slide.
- If it is in power point (PPT), ALL information must appear within ONE (1) slide only and save into PDF format.
- All E-posters must be submitted by JULY 15, 2026.
THREE (3) best E-posters will be selected for award during the conference.
