Dr Delfitri Lutfi
Dr. Delfitri Lutfi is an ophthalmologist based in Surabaya, Indonesia, currently serving at the Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Airlangga, and Dr. Soetomo General Academic Hospital. She is also affiliated with Universitas Airlangga Hospital and JEC-JAVA Surabaya. She currently serves as Ophthalmology Residency Program Director and Vice Chairman of the Professional Education Coordination Unit at Universitas Airlangga.
Dr. Delfitri Lutfi obtained her medical degree from Universitas Brawijaya and completed her ophthalmology residency at Universitas Airlangga. She has pursued further subspecialty training in oculoplastic and ocular oncology, including an ICO Fellowship at LV Prasad Eye Institute, India, and an international observership at Cole Eye Institute, Cleveland Clinic, USA. She has also completed advanced training in blepharoplasty and orbital surgery through international courses and fellowships.
She is actively involved in professional organisations, including the Indonesian Ophthalmology Association (IOA) and the Indonesia Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (INASOPRS). She also contributes to the Education Committee of Yayasan Kanker Indonesia (East Java branch) and is a member of several regional and international societies, including the International Society of Ocular Oncology (ISOO), the Asia Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma Society (APOTS), the Asia Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (APSOPRS), the Indonesian Thyroid Association (INATA), and RB-net MDT Indonesia.
