Dr Liu Nan 刘楠
Dr. Nan Liu, MD, PhD is a physician specializing in aesthetic and regenerative medicine, with clinical and research experience spanning dermatology, plastic surgery, and stem cell biology. She is licensed to practice medicine in both China and Japan and is board-certified in dermatology in China.
Dr. Liu completed her PhD in Regenerative Medicine at Tokyo Medical and Dental University and has undertaken specialty training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Keio University Hospital, Japan. She is currently practicing in aesthetic and regenerative medicine while serving as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Ageing and Regeneration at the University of Tokyo.
Her research focuses on skin aging, stem cell biology, and collagen XVII–mediated regenerative mechanisms. She has published in leading journals, including Nature and Nature Aging, and has received multiple awards for her contributions to stem cell research.
