Dr Akbar Pratama
Dr. Akbar Pratama is a board-certified dermatologist who graduated from Udayana University, Indonesia, and completed his dermatology, venereology, and aesthetic residency at Hasanuddin University, Indonesia. He is a member of the Indonesian Society of Dermatology and Venereology (PERDOSKI) and serves as a Medical Advisor for Hair Transplantation at Erha Dermatology Clinics across Indonesia, performing procedures ranging from basic hair transplantation to the most advanced techniques.
He has undergone extensive training in hair restoration and aesthetics across the globe, including programs in Berlin, Germany; Bangkok, Thailand; Seoul, South Korea; and Hangzhou, China, and actively participates in international scientific meetings and workshops to stay aligned with global standards in hair restoration.
Clinically, Dr. Akbar practices at ERHA Central Iskandarsyah and ERHA Central Kelapa Gading in Jakarta, while also serving as a trainer in hair transplantation at Jakarta Hair Institute, where he mentors doctors in advanced FUE techniques. He is an active speaker and live surgery operator at conferences focusing on hair restoration, including the Hair Conference Indonesia and the Indonesian Society of Dermatologists’ Annual Scientific Meeting.
With a passion for education and innovation, Dr. Akbar is dedicated to elevating the standards of hair restoration surgery in Indonesia and positioning them on par with international practices.
