Dr Atul Kathed
Dr. Atul Kathed is a Senior Consultant Dermatologist, Dermatosurgeon, and Aesthetic Physician with more than 27 years of experience in clinical, cosmetic, regenerative, and integrative dermatology. Based in Indore, India, he has treated over 100,000 patients and performed thousands of dermatological and aesthetic procedures throughout his career.
He obtained his MBBS and Diploma in Dermatology & Venereology (DVD) from Mumbai University. His professional interests include clinical dermatology, aesthetic medicine, dermatosurgery, trichology, acne scar management, regenerative dermatology, integrative dermatology, and laser and energy-based treatments.
Dr. Kathed is an international faculty member, speaker, and workshop conductor at major dermatology meetings including American Academy of Dermatology, Dermacon, ICAD, and numerous national and international conferences. He is recognized for his contributions to dermatology education, clinical training, and evidence-based aesthetic practice.
He is the Co-Founder of the Global Alliance for Integrative Dermatology and Founder of the Brown Skin Tribe initiative, which promotes education and advocacy for diverse skin types. His academic activities include scientific publications in clinical and cosmetic dermatology, participation as a principal investigator in clinical studies, and contributions to the advancement of regenerative and integrative dermatology.
In addition to his clinical and academic work, Dr. Kathed has provided charitable dermatology services to underserved communities in Hatpiplia, Madhya Pradesh, for nearly a decade.
