Dr Benrita Jitaree
Dr. Benrita Jitaree is a PhD-trained anatomist and instructor at the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. She earned her doctorate in Medical Sciences from Chulalongkorn University, specializing in anatomy, with a focus on clinical and applied anatomy relevant to facial aesthetics and reconstructive surgery. She has been an invited speaker at major international conferences, including IMCAS Asia (2022–2024) and the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists Congress (London, 2019), where she presented her research on facial anatomy for safer and more effective aesthetic procedures. Dr. Jitaree has published extensively in leading journals such as Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Her 2018 study on vascular anatomy in filler injections received the Best Cosmetic Medicine Paper Award in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Recent publications include her work on nonsurgical correction of deviated nose using hyaluronic acid fillers (Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, 2025) and the discovery of the ligament of modiolus (Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, 2025).
