Dr Gavin Chan
Dr Gavin Chan is the founder of the Victorian Cosmetic Institute. He has been performing cosmetic treatments since 2004. These include injectable, skin and laser treatments. He has also been performing liposuction since 2009.
He is the creator of the Youtube channel for the Victorian Cosmetic Institute, where he discusses various cosmetic topics, including the misconceptions and misuse of fillers.
