Dr. Hsueh Peilin is a plastic surgeon with a master's degree in surgery from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He specializes in facial aesthetic treatments, with expertise in hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin injections, thread lifting, laser rejuvenation, and radiofrequency skin tightening.

He is the founder of the SPRING Injection Technique and the inventor of the Dual Buttons Lift injection technique, both developed to achieve natural facial lifting with minimal volumization through anatomy-based, layered injection strategies.

Dr. Hsueh serves as a member of the Dermatology Committee of the Chinese Non-Government Medical Institutions Association and the Cross-Strait Branch and Industry Venture Capital Branch of the Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics. He is also a founding member of TreatMed Academy.

An active educator and international speaker, Dr. Hsueh is a National Injection Trainer for Galderma, AestheFill, and Allergan. He was an invited speaker and LIVE injection demonstrator at the 2025 Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress (AMWC) and an invited speaker at the 2025 AMSC Asia Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery Summit.

薛培璘医师毕业于上海交通大学，获外科学硕士学位，专注于面部美学治疗，擅长玻尿酸及肉毒毒素注射、面部线雕、激光年轻化及射频紧肤等微创美容治疗。

薛医师创立了「SPRING注射法」，并研发「Dual Buttons Lift（双排扣提升）注射技术」，以解剖学为基础，结合分层注射理念，强调自然提升效果，减少单纯填充带来的过度饱满感。

现任中国非公立医疗机构协会皮肤专业委员会委员、中国整形美容协会海峡两岸分会委员、中国整形美容协会产业创投分会理事，并为TreatMed萃美研学创始成员。

薛医师积极参与国际学术交流，现任高德美、艾维岚（AestheFill）及艾尔建（Allergan）全国注射导师。2025年受邀担任世界美容抗衰老大会（AMWC）特邀讲者及LIVE注射示范医师，并受邀于2025年AMSC亚洲美容医学与手术高峰会发表专题演讲。
