Dr. Monica Chen Wen Hui is a board-certified dermatologist with over 15 years of clinical experience in dermatology. She obtained her PhD from the Skin Research Center, Hannover, Germany, with research focusing on photoaging and regenerative medicine. Throughout her career, she has performed more than 26,000 laser and injectable aesthetic procedures.

Dr. Chen has authored seven SCI-indexed scientific publications, including papers in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, with a cumulative impact factor exceeding 22. She has served as both first author and corresponding author on three publications.

She is currently the Medical Director of RODEO Clinic Shanghai and Chief Medical Officer of eisei. As the founder of the ""Da Biao Jie"" Expert Doctor Team and Collagen Research Institute, Dr. Chen is committed to integrating clinical practice, scientific research, and medical device innovation, with a particular focus on collagen-based facial rejuvenation and regenerative aesthetic medicine.

陈文慧医生为皮肤科主治医师，拥有逾15年皮肤科临床经验。她毕业于德国汉诺威皮肤研究中心，获博士学位，研究方向为光老化与再生医学，累计完成超过26,000例激光及注射美容治疗。

陈医生长期从事临床与科研工作，已发表7篇SCI论文，包括发表于《Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology》等国际学术期刊，累计影响因子超过22，其中3篇为第一作者或通讯作者。

现任美国RODEO诊所上海总院长及eisei皑皑战略医学官，并创立「大表姐专家医生团队」及「胶原颜究所」，致力于推动胶原抗衰与再生医学的发展，结合临床实践、科研创新及医疗器械研发，为面部年轻化治疗提供循证医学解决方案。
