Ms. Yang Xia is the Founder of Jinbo Bio-Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. and serves as its Chairwoman and Senior Engineer.

She is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and was recognized as a National Outstanding Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the Non-public Sector in 2025.

Ms. Yang is a recipient of the National March 8th Red Banner Bearer, serves as a member of the 12th Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and is Deputy Director of both the Fudan University–Jinbo Functional Protein Joint Research Center and the Sichuan University–Jinbo Functional Protein Joint Research Center.

She previously served as a faculty member at Shanxi Medical University. Since 2008, Ms. Yang has been dedicated to functional protein research and is recognized as a pioneer in recombinant humanized collagen, leading its development and standardization in China.

杨霞女士为锦波生物创始人，现任董事长、高级工程师。

她是中国共产党党员，并于2025年荣获全国非公有制经济人士优秀中国特色社会主义事业建设者称号。

杨女士荣获全国三八红旗手称号，现任政协山西省第十二届委员会委员，并担任复旦大学—锦波功能蛋白联合研究中心副主任及四川大学—锦波功能蛋白联合研究室副主任。

她曾任教于山西医科大学。自2008年以来，杨女士一直致力于功能蛋白研究，是中国重组人源化胶原蛋白研发与标准制定的先行者之一。
